Because the price is set after the spec, not before it. A Strategy Sprint defines scope and architecture first — once that's signed off, the price for the MVP Package is fixed and split into three milestone payments (30/40/30), so nothing changes mid-build.
What exactly do I get from a Strategy Sprint?
A requirements review, an architecture assessment, and a clear written recommendation — for a flat €1,800. If you move forward with an MVP Package, that fee is credited toward the build.
